This Web site is operated by Fyre Skin Nigeria limited. (“Fyre skin”). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Arami Essentials.

Fyre skin offers this Web site, including all information, tools and services available from this site, to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all the terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. Your continued use of this site constitutes your agreement to these Terms of Use.

Orders, Prohibition on Reselling, and Price

Select product can be found in some stores in Nigeria while supplies last. In some cases, products displayed for sale on the site may not be available in stores. The particular technical specifications and settings of your computer and its display could affect the accuracy of its display of the colours of products offered on the site

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Fyre Skin and its affiliates and their officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, service providers, subcontractors and suppliers from and against any and all losses, liabilities, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys? fees and court costs, arising or resulting from your use of the site and any violation of these Terms of Use. If you cause a technical disruption of the site or the systems transmitting the site to you or others, you agree to be responsible for any and all losses, liabilities, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys? fees and court costs, arising or resulting from that disruption. Fyre Skin reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you and, in such case, you agree to cooperate with Fyre Skin in the defense of such matter.

Sever-ability

If any provision of this agreement is unlawful, void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of the agreement will remain in place.
