Getting your Fyre Skin to you.

You will receive an email regarding delivery once your order has been processed. If you don’t receive an email within 1 working day of placing your order, please contact us.

Domestic Shipping (within Nigeria)

The following options are available at checkout:

 

Same Day Delivery

Kwara & Ibadan ONLY: Orders placed before 2pm (Mon – Fri) are delivered on same day.

 

Standard Delivery

Kwara & Ibadan: Orders placed before 5pm (Mon – Fri) are delivered the next working day.

 

Next Day Delivery

Lagos: 3-7 working days

Western State: 2-5 working days 

Northern State: 4-10 working days

Southern State: 4-10 working days

Eastern State: 4-10 working days

 

Saturday Delivery

Kwara ONLY: Orders may be placed any day but sent in latest by 2pm on Friday to be delivered that Saturday. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be delivered the following Saturday.

Note: Orders may take up to 2 working days to process during busier periods.

 

Sunday Delivery

We do not deliver products on Sundays. You may place your orders on Sunday to be delivered on Monday.

 

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping to all countries around the world with an estimated delivery time frame of 5 – 10 working days.

Heat Exposure

For deliveries outside of Kwara, it is possible for our Skin whitening body butter or Glowing body butter to melt in transit due to the warm weather climate of Nigeria.  The volume of Body butter may reduce and the contents may melt completely and liquidise.  Please be assured that the quality of Body butters will not change but as it solidifies, the texture may change & contents appear to be less.  To solidify melted Body Butter, place in the fridge for up to 10 minutes and then leave at room temperature.

Please order items to an address where products will not be exposed to heat for a long period time. Do not leave items under the sun, in very hot places, cars, outside or in gatehouses.

We will do our best to preserve items as they make their way to you.  

We do not offer refunds for items that melt during shipping.
